Piyush Misra & Co. is a Chartered Accountant Firm with team of highly qualified and motivated professionals, offering integrated one-stop services in the field of Taxation Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Management Advisory and Consulting. The firm has demonstrated expertise in the areas of Direct Taxation including International Taxation, Goods & Services Tax, and Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange laws including Foreign Inbound & Outbound Investment and Debt, Equity Advisory Services, Prevention of Money Laundering, Benami Property and Audit of Digital Addressable System(DAS) of Multi Service Operators(MSO) Appointed by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for pan India.

From the experience gained by founder, it is understood that there is a huge vacuum in the Indian professional services sector, where the firms have expertise in independent domains but are not equipped with a holistic approach to the client’s business. To fill this vacuum is guiding principal of Piyush Misra & Co.

The firm M/s Piyush Misra & Co. was founded in 1996 on the principles of providing immaculate and precise consultancy to our clients. Since then, under the able leadership of CA. Piyush Misra the firm has grown manifold and achieved great success in providing its client's advice which has been able to help them in achieving their financial goals.

The firm is assisted by 30 human resources working at various levels. We have offices operating in several places across Uttar Pradesh and Delhi to serve our clients in the best way.

He is working in the field of GST compliance and audit and has great deal of knowledge and experience. He has extensive experience in handling GSTrelated tasks such as filing returns, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and so on.
